SQLI strengthens Management Structure to support further Growth

The management of SQLI has decided to implement several organizational changes to continue to implement the growth strategy successfully.

A closer collaboration between countries to support scalability

Mark Blockhuys and Roy Machielsen, SQLI employees for 20 and 10 years respectively, will both take on the daily management of the Benelux and Denmark as managing directors. The team from Amsterdam, Diepenbeek, Eindhoven and Copenhagen will work more closely together so that customers can be served more effectively with a better integrated services portfolio. The German-Swiss operation is already organized similarly since 2018 and is managed by Stefan Herold.

The management of SQLI has decided to implement several organizational changes to continue to implement the growth strategy successfully. In the current set-up the SQLI organization consists of 6 countries (Belgium, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland) that are centrally managed by the SQLI board. In the new set up, SQLI will be divided into three regions: Benelux and Denmark, DACH and Spain. This set up guarantees scalability and allows talented and experienced Osudio employees to develop their careers within the SQLI Group and push its growth to new heights.

The current board, consisting of Peter van Reijmersdal, Luc Box and Victor Terpstra, will operate as a strategic holding in the future. From this holding, they will develop further strategic initiatives within SQLI.

“With this step, the day-to-day management comes into the hands of two very experienced colleagues who have earned their spurs for years in assisting clients and colleagues. This makes the current board available for strategic projects within the group and the creation of further synergies. This is an excellent opportunity for SQLI.”
